i have been training for almost 2 years naturally and my progress is so slow it doesnt make sense to continue to work out, hardly any changes in my frame and physique . coming back after i hop on roids

you won't see much difference on roids tbf because if you trained for 2 years like shit you're obviously not gonna grow much.

did you prepare in any way before gym? did you have a good diet? did you have a good sleep schedule? did you have a good workout program or were you just ego lifting? did you take any peptides? what's your current testosterone ng/dl amount?

You're 50 years old, also get a bloodwork test to test for low hormonal levels

both and incorporate jumping too

do not do heavy barbell lifting and deadlifts with excessive loading tho

I’ve been training for 2.5 years and my physique is good now. Not as good as the top roided content creators but definitely above average. I can post it if you want.

If you are consistent with diet and you know how to train you can make a lot of progress in 2 years.
