Finally got my license gonna start going to the gym is this a good split?

Is this 1 set per workout? I’d recommend 2x failure and different muscle groups per day for example 4 days a week Monday back and triceps tuesdays chest and biceps wensday rest thursday legs and abs and Friday back and shoulders tho if your trying to get a good frame then you’d want shoulders in atleast 2 or 3 of those days oh and Saturday Sunday rest tooFinally got my license gonna start going to the gym is this a good split?View attachment 5325975
