What is an actual good split for gym begginers
 
PPL+Upper Upper
 
seems a lil excessive no?

Why not just U/L 2x each its easy and you get ample recovery.
I used to do ppl+uu when i started, it worked for me but everybodys different ig

FBEOD is the best split. U/L and A/P are close.

consistency and not training like a retard are the most important factors.

I do FB 3x a week now
