14 yr old male, I’ve been working out for 3 months and haven’t seen any improvement anyone know why? My sleep is dialed and I got my diet locked in recently.
 
Did you gain weight
 
I gained little to no weight, my weight is always fluctuating one day I’m 106 the next day I’m 112
 
eat more or eat from better sources
 
alright, should I be carb loading before the gym?
