How long will it take to build noticeable muscle with daily training
depends on your routine etc, also dont train everyday have 2-3 rest days per week

damn i’ll assume your bf% is pretty low already but don’t fall for bulking propaganda just eat in a 200-300 surplus to stay lean and train intense and get enough rest like the other guy said

Yeah I'm having like +1000 calories a day in liquid calories

I've made a thread about my 1 year gym transformation including bulk and cutt:

I think if you lock in for 3 to 7 months you'll build noticable amounts of muscle if your training and diet is in check.

Traininf 4 to 6 days a week is enough if done correctly.
For diet: just eat enough protein and calories overall...
Not really high IQ shit ngl:feelswat: but it's as easy as that if you just want to build some muscles.

This is my 1 year transformation.
67kg vs 72kg (bulk in between to 79kg)

I've also trained 2 years before that without any noticeable progress because I didn't had the right training, diet and consistency.

Overall: 1 Year
But you'll keep the muscle for many years to come if you eat well.
