Hello people, I’d like to share my experience with nucleus overload, their was a time i trained my back everyday for 12sets a day, far from failure of course, this was the only thing I’ve done, after a few months I’ve stopped doing that and starting training properly, close to failure 10-20sets per week etc... and my back blew up... its now my best body part, I’ll be running a nucleus overload cycle for my chest now, lets ascend together bruhs here’s a video if anyone interested in hearing me speak but I already summarized everything that I had to say here
