Hello people, I’d like to share my experience with nucleus overload, their was a time i trained my back everyday for 12sets a day, far from failure of course, this was the only thing I’ve done, after a few months I’ve stopped doing that and starting training properly, close to failure 10-20sets per week etc... and my back blew up... its now my best body part, I’ll be running a nucleus overload cycle for my chest now, lets ascend together bruhs here’s a video if anyone interested in hearing me speak but I already summarized everything that I had to say here

That makes sense.

Your muscles are all interconnected.

So, excessively working one muscle out, but neglecting all the others, won't give you good results.

Training everyday doesn’t give your muscles time to heal and grow, that’s why your initial progress was shit. You’ll have the best results if you exhaust a muscle group twice a week, as proven by numerous studies. Of course, your sleep, stress levels, and diet must also be monitored.

I trained back only but then I did full body, now I’m still gonna train my full body and add in nucleus overload for chest, team 3d alpha made a good video on nucleus overload I’m just a guy with a camera running an experiment

Thats not how nucleus overload works, By my knowledge from the actual creator of nucleus overload, You train the muscles to have better genetics to blow them up, and shit works.

Nucleus overload won’t replace hard sets I’ll still be hitting full body 2x a week but on top of that I’ll do nucleus overload for my chest also it’s far from failure so it won’t impact my hard sets it’s just for extra tonnage, again team 3d alpha made a good video on this

Natural hypertrophy has a good video on it too, and have You tried it I’d love to hear your experience

6 days a week mogs

6x a week you mean push pull legs? You are still hitting each muscle group 2x a week lol, but I’ve heard training frequency doesn’t matter as much as total volume and proximity to failure

Yeah PPL mogs imo

I watched this video when I first started training. I’ve experimented with many splits and training a muscle two days a week works best for me. Obviously, we all have different genetics, but the video cites some good papers.

No no, I agree with you train 2-3x a week per muscle group but use nucleus overload for extra tonnage

i started gym recently, ab 2 weeks ago but im enjoying it
I started seriously like 6 months ago or so... do you train abs btw? I do everyday weighted crushes and leg raises

ive been skipping abs but i might start doing leg raises at end of every workout since i heard that training your core is important

I think it’s important, my Abs are much more defined now, only thing I am slacking on is neck training... honestly all pretty boys all have biceps and neck and maybe a bit of chest... I don’t wanna end up looking like those 5x5 strong lifts reddit mods lmfaooo

No I use leg raises for extra tonnage they are inrevlent intensity windows... I have this machine in my gym

looks kinda goofy but it’s probably the most effective way to target lower abs, weighted abb crushes won’t cut it for lower abs... U hold dumbbell between your legs for leg raises but their too far in my gym

we dont have anything like that, i would probably do leg raises and planks or smth

Yeah, fair... I’d take those to failure or do crazy high volume to make up for lack of intensity... Btw any books recommendations?

Yes pick a static rep range like 5x15 because if your reps are going down each set that means your training too hard... which is not the point of nucleus overload, nuc ovlad is a complementary too your regular workouts don’t let no impact your hard sets I aim for 50-200 reps in total so 5x10 for example and low rest bc im far from failure and to save time

I have in my back which is where I use to do nucleus overload in, my back is my best body part even tho I don’t train it as much as my chest, so now I’ll be doing Nuclus overload on my chest I mentioned it in the video... I’ll tell you how it goes, you should try too.... I use to unintentionally do nucleus overload on my calves and now my calves r massive I don’t even train them anymore... here a pic https://ibb.co/HzfqD06

Ok, I got you. Extra light reps for conditioning and tone.
