I'm a 135 pound 5'8 wrestler and I want to start a bulk after season im thinking my best weight physique wise would be around 160 what should my calorie intake be to stay lean while gaining muscle mass

I was thinking 677 because of the growth hormone n appetite shit but I don't need nun crazy to bulk to 160 and if I go higher I'll look like a mini pekka lmao

Mirin your frame bro. To bulk calculate your TDEE and whatever you get add 300-500kcal and thats how many kcal U need. Just Google TDEE calculator

what should my calorie intake be to stay lean while gaining muscle mass
stop drinking water instead drink a gallon of 1% milk a day. eat 8 eggs per day (4 cooked) (4 in a smoothie proteins shake) and eat a small serving of ice cream whenever you feel like it. Cut out PUFA's and starches. Eat 100% grass fed Kirkland hamburger patties with some ketchup and OJ whenever you crave red meat.

2 cups of whole milk
4 tbsp of PB
1 scoop of whey
1 banana
if rly want to bulk up add 1 shot of olive oil too ded srs

drink that everyday and just increase the amount of food u eat it aint rocket science
