Just do different presses, rows, curls, lateral raises etc. Forget about lower body training with your current equipment, abs can be trained using bodyweight.
8-12 for everything expect lateral raises, do like 15-20 on themhigh reps/low weight ?

Also my current physique is skinny fat with almost no muslce mass
