Hey guys, i just started lifting today and i was wondering what exercises i should put heavy emphasis on. my chest and shoulders are probably my weakest points and i dont know if its my upper or lower chest thats the issue. nor do i know any exercises for either of them lol all i know is bench press and dumbell curls. heres my upper body currently lmk what i should do thanks.
PS: Im mostly training for shoulder and upper body width so if theres any exercises that can aid with that that would be my priority that comes first.
