I feel like I have more knowledge than anyone in this gym. There's only 1 machine for each machine btw so only 1 lat pulldown etc. anyways I hate seated rows and my shitty haircut is revealong my subhuman brachycephalic egg shape head, ashamed to go outside now

It's a cable and also all the adults here are dyel and my uncle comes up to me like every 2 minutes bothering me about my form when I already know allat shit
 
i literally only do compound movements, i wish i had a cable machine for my rear delts but i honestly just like weighted calisthenics better,

This is why I look home gym better than the public in the public ur surrounded by indian dyels with superman t shirts while u have to go with some family member who's gonna bother u about form every 2 seconds. + There's no air conditioning hede my anus is sticking to my underwear

Also fuck the lat pulldown machines have no pad to keep u from going upwards from the weight this gym is shit hole
