why do people throw around the term gymcel so eagerly, mfs act like in order to gain muscle you have to eat in a 1000 calorie surplus bloat your entire face, and dirty bulk. i swear people slanging around the term gymcel are just coping and they are the type of people who tried working out for 3 months and realized they had fucked genetics.
