im 18 and have been going to the gym for 2year now

I dont care about legs anymore and want to just hit push, pull. Can hitting push pull 3x a week cause more muscle growth by only taking one rest day per week. This would give each muslce group only 1 day of recovery. Is that gainsminning or maxxing?? lmkkk
 
bro hitting legs is anabolic and unless ur on roids you dont need to hit every muscle 3x a week
my legs are big enough. plus im 5'10 I feel like stocky and big legs dont look good

I wanna get big fast bro why wouldnt i wanna hit 3x a week
