True, still really weak tho. Started gym 10 months ago but because of the lockdown and was also a coronacel for a bit, could only gymcel for like 6 months.

If you really are 6 kilos heavier then it's good, you don't look like 6 kilos heavier though.

Really did gain 6kgs, most of it probably went to my lower body as I have walked over 800km in 1 year.

Looks bigger

not sure what people expected after 6 months. Difference will be more noticeable irl too

Legitimately looks the same bro. One could argue your biceps grew but it looks like if’s just the more flattering angle. Did you put yourself in a caloric surplus at all?

I made sure I was gaining 1kg/month and it was going good until I got corona and lost like 5kgs in over 2 months and right now I have just regained those 50kgs back. I could have been around 75kgs right now if there were no lockdowns. But yeah most likely in caloric surplus since I'm gaining weight just fine, also I don't count my calories since my mom preps foods for me lol

Pretty small difference, how did you train, I put the same weight in 3 months only with simple body weight exercises: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, crunches, etc...

I do full body 3 days a week, increasing the weight by 5kg each time I hit 12reps on every sets.

My routine:

Workout A twice a week and B once.

Calculated 1RMS:
Bench press: 65.5kg
OHP: 50kg
Deadlift: 110kg
Squat: 85kg

:feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

Also on rest days, I do bodyweight workouts on gym rings, like dips, pull-ups, rows, ring pushups.

Haha I just mostly focus on the main 4 compound exercises then after I do high reps low weight isolations for each muscle groups. Also I finish all these within 1:30 hrs to 2hrs

In my opinion that's too much. I personally wouldn't carry such overloaded workout. I think you don't need more than 7 exercises a day with 4 sets. Or train more frequently splitting exercises on different days. With that amount, as you've said, you put the most effort just on your main movements, but you don't really work out your small muscles in full force. 6-7 exercises per session is more than enough

Alright bro thanks alot for your response, I'm planning on doing SS 5x5 since my classes are gonna start, and calisthenics on rest days. How do you think this sounds?

I've no experience with 5x5, you may try. But I'd suggest push-pull workouts

Mediterranean genetics suck for building muscle

you need roids, but you might be prone to side effects

Kinda, main goal is to weigh as much as possible around this bodyfat which I'm guessing is around 15% to 17%

what a waste of your time. shouldve just bought tren or gear instead

I'm a 4th world countrycel jfl
anyone here could’ve achieved more muscle gains with calisthenics and proper nutrition in 6 months. nothings stopping you

Doubt it tho, watch this blackcel's transformation. Think I'm doing okay

Fuck all the hate comments. I think the gains are normal for a natty, whom decideds to not bulk and stay lean in the process

I know. these gains are all natty. And natty is just slow.

The thing is, you try to stay lean, I think. So that makes it slower also.
But to not have an ugly bloathed phase; than this is the only way natty.

So it will be slow, but steady. When you wanna stay lean.

go for a proper bulk IMO, you seem to stay at low BF easily so youll drop the bf% fast when cutting
