Thank you for the tips! Yeah, good that you mention it. My best friend I should do cheat days once a week but I told him is it ok to do it once every two weeks instead? Because knowing myself, I’ll probably start goyslopmaxxing again. He said it’s fine, but cheat days are necessary (his words). But I like your advice more, ngl. When I was starvemaxxing last year, I cut off goyslop altogether. please don’t have “cheat days” it’s low t goy propaganda, you’ll fall back into binge eating goy slop after a bit, just stick to the clean diet and try to look for healthy fruit recipes that taste good (stay away from bullshit frozen greek yogurt shitty ass recipes)
