affording the protein? the protein in my case is found at decently cheap prices tbh all local supermarkets like lidl, aldi, tesco etc have less than 1ÂŁ 20g protein shakes infact lidl has 35g shakes for less than a ÂŁ shi has u on the toilet tho, but this is the cheaper alternative i used to use, currently just eat eggs and chicken and rice

Thank you for the elaborate response, bookmarked. I’ll keep all that in mind. I do get obsessive over calorie counting so I wanted to avoid that, but I guess I have no other choice, right? :feelsbadman: Only drinking water is gonna be a challenge since I normally don’t drink water. I do have insomnia so sleeping will be a problem as well, though I have sleeping pills that I could take if I really wanted. They’re not melatonin, they’re actually prescription pills that only doctors can give. In my case, they’re benzos. I’ve had them since September but I’ve not taken them yet because I want to do things naturally. I just wanted my hands on those so I could have some peace of mind, something to fall back on if I really wanted to use it.
sounds good, if you don’t wanna count calories then just take the primary advice of not using sauces and weird seasonings, salt should be fine tbh
please don’t have “cheat days” it’s low t goy propaganda, you’ll fall back into binge eating goy slop after a bit, just stick to the clean diet and try to look for healthy fruit recipes that taste good (stay away from bullshit frozen greek yogurt shitty ass recipes)
i used to do low calorie grain cereal, raw honey, (the waxy type one) white yogurt and berries
do you need help with any supplementation?

How many times do you want to go to the gym in a week, you could do upper lower ppl or upper lower rest repeat.
I currently have no job, and it’s winter break, so I can go everyday for now.

Train 4 times per week, track your calories (use the fcking online calorie calculator) and consume 180g protein 🙏🙏

the basics are try and get some real protein don’t go on a gymcell bulk and just get time in the gym training decently and you will get way bigger newbie’s gains come so easy.

But u get a feel easier for the movement when u do higher reps
Then when u get the muscle memory in 1 ish month u can move to lower reps high weight

I just jerk off an hour a day for cardio it burns crazy fat much more than any fucking machine and it’s actually enjoyable

yh as a beginner, higher reps at a lower weight every time u hit 12 reps u move up a weight (progressively overloading)

They test for markers in your DNA, I didn’t take a DNA test for the biological aspects, it was for the ancestral aspects that I took it, but the website had an option to show our traits as well based off of our DNA. :Comfy:

It’s more simplier than it seems. You should choose a split that you enjoy and can actually maintain. I would suggest full body 3x a week at first. That’s actually one of the best splits as well.

For calories:
First you need to calculate your maintanance calories. You can estimate this in a TDEE calculator online. After you have your maintanace calories, I would eat ~800 calories below that. Then track your weight daily and change your calories if you need to.

Also try to walk for 15 minutes right after every meal, boosts metabolism and helps with fat loss.

For cardio I would say try to burn ~500 calories daily.

Try Quark, I think that’s what it’s called. It’s high protein and low calories and you can find fat free as well.

Edit: also cheap.

Thank you for the tips! Yeah, good that you mention it. My best friend I should do cheat days once a week but I told him is it ok to do it once every two weeks instead? Because knowing myself, I’ll probably start goyslopmaxxing again. He said it’s fine, but cheat days are necessary (his words). But I like your advice more, ngl. When I was starvemaxxing last year, I cut off goyslop altogether. No candy, cookies, chips, etc for like half a year. :feelsahh:
