Whatsup guys I wanted to talk about my experience with working out and how I have very little motivation to do even the bare minimum.
As i said in my last post ive hopped on 300mg test E, after my first pin I finnaly got the motivation to work out after 6months of not lifting a finger.

The motivation lasted for like 2-3weeks, then i started to get shoulder pain whitch obviously kept me from working out but even now that my shoulder is fine enough I struggle to finish a proper workout.
Im mirin all of you gym guys who get into the gym everyday, I always see stories of my normie gymcel friend posting the same posing videos looking like absolute shit.
I lost motivation before hopping on because of how slow and pointless it is to workout with bad genetics and being natty.

Do any of you guys have the same problems?
How do I combat this even in the long run?
I should probably start using pre workouts again to push myself

Probly need a different gym try to find a private bodybuilding gym in your area

Adapt your training and schedule to your liking, not that you should skip legs and do chest 4x a week but lets say you rather go 2-3 times then you go and do full body, lets say u rather go 4-6x a week you do a different split.

You also have to see what you gain from it, it has HUGE roi you spend what around an hour during a sesh maybe more with a broski, you track calories with an app that takes tops 5 mins per day to framemogg and in general look better

Nah but for real, you need to basically force yourself to go and see each workout through, for at least 3-4 weeks.

Give it time to settle back in, you're the goat cuh

I workout at home, mainly with my own bodyweight (not like a retard doing 100 push ups but actually following science based principles)

I pretty much already do the workout I like, short and heavy, but i just feel like if im not doing the optimum workouts then it is pointless since the only thing i like about working out is looking in the mirror moggin, everything else is bs for me
 
3-4 days are all you need, train what makes you happy what's the point of gym coping if you're not happy from it, just do whatever you like and do it perfectly. 45-60min is enough per session.

The thing is I just dont do shit i have to force myself to do (i never ldar I bike, fix my bikes, listen to music etc etc.)
I really have to find a reason within me to do something.
I get up and commute to school with my bike because I like biking, i like heaving good cardiovascular health, Its unique and something new to add to my personality.
I just cannot deal with this working out bullshit

I workout 3 times a week, its still too much but i dont wanna go into the unoptimal territory, since my only motivation is to look good. I feel like in finding reasons to not workout tho rn.

ofcourse the gym is amazing when you get a dopamine spike to go or purely enjoy it, but some days u really don’t want to where discipline comes in hence using a snus will encourage you with more dopamine

I feel like im in a circle jerk, im replying here just trying to explain why i dont have the motivation, ill come back with an update
I’m fascinated by your issue, I go to the gym 4x a week, and the days i don’t go i feel miserable, especially when your enhanced the motivation to get bigger should be there unless your a very busy man with other enjoyable things to do in life, preworkout nootropics or even looking at great physiques on social media should encourage you to be consistent.

honestly it is boring as hell, but just have a picture in your head (or your phone) of what you want to look like (be realistic), make a good playlist, and at the end of the day realize you only got one youth and one chance to look sick asf as a young nigga. the dimo gains are great, and it's good for overall health so just keep all the positives in mind while you suffer thru it.

Low motivation on 300 mgs of test, check ur estrogen it’s prob high asf would explain lack of motivation. And for ur pain just rotate injection sites brah
