Whatsup guys I wanted to talk about my experience with working out and how I have very little motivation to do even the bare minimum.
As i said in my last post ive hopped on 300mg test E, after my first pin I finnaly got the motivation to work out after 6months of not lifting a finger.
The motivation lasted for like 2-3weeks, then i started to get shoulder pain whitch obviously kept me from working out but even now that my shoulder is fine enough I struggle to finish a proper workout.
Im mirin all of you gym guys who get into the gym everyday, I always see stories of my normie gymcel friend posting the same posing videos looking like absolute shit.
I lost motivation before hopping on because of how slow and pointless it is to workout with bad genetics and being natty.
Do any of you guys have the same problems?
How do I combat this even in the long run?
I should probably start using pre workouts again to push myself
