What’s the difference between chest flies and dumbell press?

What’s the relevance of incline chest exercises?

How should I incorporate these two?

What’s the best day for farmer’s walk? Legs? Likewise for dumbell punches, is back day the best for this? Is dumbell punching worth?

Press beats flys in the terms of average muscle activation. They work the same muscles but press also utilizes the triceps brachii muscles on the back of the upper arm.

Incline chest exercises works the upper chest more. If you do bench and OHP they have it covered already but it depends on your goals.

How should I incorporate these two?
Depends what kind of split you run. If you do fullbody I would do incline bench on a day where I don't bench. If you run U/L I would do it once per week on an upper day and for PPL just do it on a push day.

Farmer's walks work you shoulders, traps, biceps, triceps and forearm muscles. They hit the lower body too mostly the quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles. So as you can see they work almost whole body. I would suggest that you try doing them on every workout you have and see what works best for you. Just listen to your body.
As for dumbell punches they are pretty much useless unless you do some form of martial arts that involve punches. Depends on your goals too.

Your point being ?

Those exercices are not going to make a difference : you should bench press as base exercice and whatever other exercise for the rest.

Gymcelling is a broscience : it's about consistency and intensity in the end.

it doesn't matter what you do as long as you're doing 10+ sets a week for a muscle group and progressively overload, even if you did the same thing the difference would be dismal.

it's a non strenuous warm up movement.

for reference I build my chest exclusively with floor press and nothing else, no variation at all, I only work it specifically for a single day too.

don't make exercise that complex, it's not like that.

my upper shit was huge lacking point for me because all i did was bench press

bench press, incline press and dips is all you need @Pikabro if you're a beginner do only these 3 mouvments

I get some upper chest from doing OHP.

also remember, almost no one struggles to grow lower chest, upper chest is far less responsive.

Focus on compound lifts. Isolation excercises are a fucking joke and you're just getting a pump most of the time. You have to really be experienced to even get the fucking form proper to even hit the muscle right anyways. Trust me.

Most people in the gym, i mean 95% of people in every gym, train like faggots and eat like retards.

You have to spam protein at least 6 times a day every 2-3 hours to really GROW. Eat carbs too but it's the protein that signals your body to grow. You are just spamming the GROW button when you eat protein 6 times a day.

Focus on getting weights up and don't bother training if you didn't get sleep or eat a ton of meals the day before. You won't get a good workout and are wasting your time.

You can put a ton of size on naturally. But we aren't here to just look good to ourselves. We are in competition with other men. So steroids are an option. But just know steroids are NOT like you think. You take them and absolutely nothing happens, you look EXACTLY THE SAME just bald and bloated as fuck from high estrogen. You can literally look exactly the same and be blasting. It's LITERALLY the food that changes how you look. You have to eat right and then train like you're trying to commit suicide if you really want to make some serious progress.

It's way more work than you think.

Trust me. I could be WAY bigger but I trained like an idiot, ate like an idiot, and didn't grow at all.

yeah lower chest get hit from bench but dips are still nice
