Is there any point gymcelling when you're 5'8 and a framecel? Wish I was 5'11 then I'd go full gym rat mode

If youre a framecel at 170.5cm you can just improve delts and you improved your frame and still dont look like a cube like manlets with wider clavicles

I've only ever been to a gym for a couple months in my life and i actually ended up looking smaller while i was going to the gym so i quit it honestly it's a cope the most important thing is face

If u have good frame then also u would be considered tryhard and no respect my man if u also don't have muscle insertion. It wouldn't be like that if uw ere in 2000s.
If u are shorter than average or somehow average, u look tryhard. But if u r taller , it doesn't come as tryhard. It depends on the average and the location where u live and compari g your height to others not because of height but competition

My tall 5'11 friend once said me u should gain some muscle and as u r short it will be easy for u. Though I don't think he said to ame fun of as he said it personally I think

Isn't loox a prime example even thought he did use roids, but he was already a framemogger before that
