should i stop going to the gym temporary? i have been out of the gym for about 2 and a half weeks now, and tbh i feel better, less bloated, look better, leaner and i havent even lost any muscle mass. dont get me wrong i love the gym, tbh the only place where i am social so i guess thats a bonus too, but i feel like it hasn't really had any real benefit in the last 4 months. is there anyway i can bypass this?
how long should i wait before going back?:lul:

Your feeling better because the gym slowly kills you its boosts cortisol production raises your stress level fucks with your muscle production its just not natural and not good for you

Bro look everything I tell you is gonna end up being to you. gym is just empty stress because whatever you gain thats over your natural limit your gonna lose so its useless excess muscle essentially. Women LOVE Lean natural bodies And an attractive face, it doesn’t matter how much muscle you have if ur Ltn or lower they wouldnt look at you and if ur facially attractive women wouldnt care even if u were a skinny fag. Gym does you more harm than good

You dont lose muscle when you stop going to the gym because your body hates you its just because it cant keep up

They also cut a lot more aggressively which fucks up ur hormones and shit. The average gym goer is literally just going there to pack on a few lbs of muscle and get a nice aesthetic physique, regular gym going is literally associated with health benefits

If you’re comfortable with your physique you could even just do the work necessary to maintain your current physique, both diet and routine

That’s just a subset of gym culture, most gym goers aren’t doing that shit which is why gym is associated with health benefits and increased life expectancy.
