I have some questions about gymcelling
  • How long and how hard do I need to work to get a six pack and go to 11% body fat ( i am 15% ) and get bigger arms
  • What exercises to do in the gym
  • Any good unknown supplements for muscle growth
  • How long should my workouts be?
Also is there any guide about gymcelling? Can't seem to find it. Thanks

How are roiders perceived in academia?

I feel like twinks immediately think if you're a roider you MUST be low iq

key is to stay lean for sure and not overdo it imo

Getting a six pack requires cutting. Don't expect to gain any muscle if you cut. The goal of a cut is to prevent muscle loss and lose body fat.

Getting big arms requires bulking. You will gain body fat but this is the cost of gaining any substantial muscle.

Here is a decent bodybuilding routine if you can do 6 days a week.

Supplements are mostly a meme. Steroids and SARMs are the exception.

Your workouts shouldn't be longer than an hour and half. You risk overtraining at that point. 30 mins to 1 hour is typical.

You're probably a lanklet if you've never gone to the gym before, you're going to look like a skeleton if you cut. Lean bulk TDEE + 300Cal for 6 months, then cut for another 6. 6 pack doesn't mean anything if you look like you're about to crumble. It will take you 1 year of consistent training and dieting for good results.
  • What exercises to do in the gym
Don't use any machines, they are gain goblins, everything you do should be with a barbell, calisthenics (dips, push ups, pull ups), or with free weights. I'd recommend a PxPxLx (Push, Rest/Cardio, Pull, Rest/Cardio, Legs, Rest/Cardio) split since you're a beginner, which you can transition into a PPLPPLx once you're more advanced. Focus on the 4 key lifts, Squats, Bench Press, Overhead Press, and Deadlift, progressively overload every workout (more weight or more reps). Look up other exercise that fit the criteria online.
  • Any good unknown supplements for muscle growth
Creatine, protein powder. Everything else is snake oil unless its a controlled substance. If you wanna hop on gear I'd reccomend starting with a Sarm (Rad140, MK677, LGD etc.) try to avoid pinning unless you're 3+ years into training.
  • How long should my workouts be?
1 Hour. No more, no less. Testosterone depletes after this point.
