Personally a placebo effect for me. Haven't looked back. Shit is annoying to mix anyways if you're not a protein shake kind of person. Just stick to getting in your estimated macros and you're fine.

Hairloss is under debate since there’s only one study that showed that creatine increases dht. Stress on kidneys is BS if you take less than 10 grams daily.

Didn't help me that much, I would say if your under 15% bodyfat then yes, Creatine will make you look fuller (in a good way) and a bit stronger. If you are over 15% then you don't need it, you have that extra energy anyways and it will only make you bloated and overall just not worth it imo.

Creatine will give you at most a minor uptick in dht. Something even Astaxanthin could counteract. It would be neigible.

Creatine has positive effects for me. I feel stronger and like I recover faster. Only a little bit but a noticeable difference. I read that you should take 1 week off it every 6-8 weeks tho
