I used to not be bothered most of the time but I'm going to start doing it because I've heard it can help increase T.

Nop i dont. Even today was talking to a few ppl at the gym and they were saying in 5 months upper body got a fair amout of progress legs still d0g shit. One of them even said at month 3 he changed his legs routine to be as efficient as possible still nothing :feelswah::feelswah:.

Makes no sens, testostérone is produce for building leg muscle and nothing else. Legs are useless baggy pants and they’re inexistant + look big. Also training legs will make you upperbody less effective

Yes because legs are most important for fighting.
Jfl fight is about endurance more than leg strength, training them would decrease ability to fight due to heavier legs and more pressure on heart ( so worst endurance )

Lol no. all your power is from your legs, your ability to take punches is heavily affected from your legs. Picking up and slamming someone is all your legs. Knockout power is all your legs. Throwing someone is all your legs, moving and dodging is all your legs. How explosive and quick you are is all your legs. Endurance is just cardio having muscle only will affect your endurance unless your on steroids and don’t do any cardio.

He wouldn’t be able to do any of that if your explosive and fast enough which guess what? Is your legs.

Sprinters have huge legs for a reason same with any sport that requires you to be explosive and strong.

I have genetically decent sized legs so i dont train them anymore, looking like a tree trunk is not ideal lmao

I do not train legs, I run and cycle and that is plenty.

I would reconsider that if my legs were actually too small, but they are in fact sitting around 90% of ideal size while my upper body measurements generally sitting around 80%
 
only bottoms train legs lmfao
