I wanted to know if you can increase your biacrominal (not bideltoid) width by making your lats push your scapula further away from your body
(Just like when you flex your lats and your arms suddenly start hanging further away from your body and you get an amazing frame)

Can you get that effect that i just described in ( ) but without needing to flex your lats 24/7 by building them big and strong enough?

YES, lats are the most important muscles for frame, side delts are second

but i need to push them away from my body just like when you flex your lats

100%

Which is why the absolute most important exercises for aesthetics is overhead press and pull ups. Can be substituted for dumbbells or machines (seated dumbbell shoulder press+lat pulldown) but the point is that vertical pulling and vertical pushing is what makes your frame wide and aesthetic.

Just stick to the classic bodybuilding movements that have been proven to work for decades and are still primarily used today (incline bench, pullups, dumbbell rows, dumbbell shoulder press, squats, stiff leg deadlifts)

These special fancy exercises (reeves deadlift) aren’t necessary and don’t provide any extra benefit

cope
just do machines and cables for upper body and skip leg day

Na I dont disagree with that at all. I prefer machines 100% over freeweights.

What Im talking about is the essential movement patterns for a complete physique (horizontal push, horizontal pull, vertical push, vertical pull)

That can be a barbell bench or a chest press machine. A dumbbell row or machine row. A barbell OHP or machine shoulder press. A pull up or lat pulldown
