I wanted to know if you can increase your biacrominal (not bideltoid) width by making your lats push your scapula further away from your body
(Just like when you flex your lats and your arms suddenly start hanging further away from your body and you get an amazing frame)
Can you get that effect that i just described in ( ) but without needing to flex your lats 24/7 by building them big and strong enough?
