[Gymcels GTFIH] Do these 2021 goals sound too pessemistic?

- add 15-20lbs to my Deadlift 1RM
- add 10lbs to my Bench 1RM
- add 15-20lbs to my Squat 1RM
- add 5-10lbs to my strict OHP 1RM

- gain 0.25-1lb of muscle (can't gain strength without gaining a little bit of muscle)

Keep in mind I've already been lifting for 3 years.

Strength training is fun ngl.

I have a Home Basement Gym. I don't have to worry about foids or normies. I also play some video games too.
