This is meant for everyone who recently had their gym close down thanks to Coronavirus or simply just wishes to work out at home.
I just watched the video and I must say the exercises shown are very solid. I'm planning on following them myself all until my gym opens back.
You most likely won't be making any new gains but it's great for maintaining your current physique and not losing any muscle.
Make sure you don't eat in the caloric deficit if you don't want to lose any muscle. Instead, you should be eating maintenance or even above maintenance.
Just pick one or two exercises from every muscle group and do a full body workout.
