This is meant for everyone who recently had their gym close down thanks to Coronavirus or simply just wishes to work out at home.



I just watched the video and I must say the exercises shown are very solid. I'm planning on following them myself all until my gym opens back.

You most likely won't be making any new gains but it's great for maintaining your current physique and not losing any muscle.

Make sure you don't eat in the caloric deficit if you don't want to lose any muscle. Instead, you should be eating maintenance or even above maintenance.

Just pick one or two exercises from every muscle group and do a full body workout.

My barbell with my 10kg plates are back at my parents house
Where I live currently I've just got a bar with a few 5kg plates, enough to do curls and skullcrushers
My cousin who lives a 5 minute walk from me wont let me use his 30kg adjustable dumbbells in case I have the virus and pass it onto him
I will just train arms every day now since I've always neglected them

Nice. I don't have any barbell, dumbells or weights at home.

All I have is a pull-up bar.

I only do home workouts for 2 years. +30 lbs, %13 bf.

@6ft1 should i add anything? Or is it good? I dont want to waste too much igf1 on muscle recovery tho bc it should go to bones
It's decent, I don't see any legs though

I'd like to add those 2 videos aswell, they both require no equipment (except a solid broomstick)





I prefer the first routine. I've been doing it for a couple months and have been able to put some muscle with it.

Just did a home workout for arms and shoulders with 12.5kg dumbbells. Pullups, pushups and cardio outside. Should be ok for a few weeks after that it wont be enough.

Pull ups
Barbell row
Shoulder press
Barbell curls
Dumbell French press

I do that for upper body at home
Great. The problem is that many do not have any barbell or dumbells at home.

Its really cheap everyone should buy them
Many stores getting closed because of the virus. Hard to get any equipment at the moment.

Whats your workout routine?
I dont even use weights lol. 150 pushups, but it varies. Diamond, wide grip, traditional etc. Also bodyweight triceps dips. Next day i do pull ups and chin ups as much as i can in a hour and abs exercises. Then i have a rest day and repeat everything again. Sometimes i do leg workouts, depends on my mood.

The exercises shown are almost the same.

All of these types of videos have very similar exercises, fitness youtubers just copy paste each other and just change minor things to not look completely the same.
