Is my upper day optimal. I need to prioritise upper chest as ever since iv started the gym iv only done chest press for my chest and sometimes flies.

yeah ur good personally id replace incline with shoulder press but its really ur choice on what u enjoy

if your upper chest is lacking why dont you try a one arm seated low to high cable fly with a cuff
