My pullups over the past months has gone from
8-12
To
8-10
Now to
6-8

Why has this happened? How can i get it back up? My weight has increased but only in muscle mass making me stronger so if im stronger why has my pullups decreased? Thanks

No I mean have you progressively increased the weight you exercise with?

Or your form has improved which means you’re doing exercises better than before which in turn involves only the right muscle group needed to train.

Or your T dropped.

Idk

I dont add weights to pullups, but the weight on other exercises has increased somewhat. Idk about forn i usually do wide grip pullups i should try normal grip

lmao have you even lifted before?? k4zya is right here bro - increasing strength usually means improving pullups, not decreasing them jfl
