Is hitting legs necessary? what is the best split for aesthetics?
the split I've been using is a shoulder arms day, chest and back then rest repeat. Is hitting legs cope?
 
People say it increases test the most out of any other areas plus you will look like an idiot if you have a big upper body and small legs. I run the same split and I train abs on leg day to keep motivated
