is this shit worth it? im thinking of doing it every other day or 1 in 3.
no real routine just bullshit like
ohp 4x8
lateral raises 5x20 or F
lats/rows 4x8
farmer walks 5xF
neck 5x20?
whatever comes to mind in gym too...
maybe some ab work or something idk... basically 1 hour of gymcelling tops
not gonna ask some gymcel website about this because they will say just do it br0 whatever it takes bruh EBIN MOTIVATION D I S C I P L I N E etc...
mainly for sleep tbh. i sleep like shit sometimes and probably this will help no?
 
No. Get on a basic 5x5 routine with some accessory lifts such as rear delt work, arms. Doing random shit will get u nowhere

5x5 sounds like gymcel routine with too many squats. i squat more than enaugh at work lol. ill just ignore legs as whole i think because they are sore most of the time im going home.
any knowledgable gymcels help out
