my current split is:
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs
Rest
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs (Sunday) and starting chest tri on monday

Would there be any benefits if I I modify it to:
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs
Rest
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs (Sunday)
Rest
Starting chest tri on tuesday

So basically always doing rest day after shoulders so that it doesn’t interfere with my bench press?

Any point in doing that? Or stop complicating and blast more Test E

from like a whole day of tryna research what's best workout routine

as a natty 5x5 seems to be the best for legit high testosterone increase because as a natty u cant do PPL 2x week since it akes 48 hrs for the muscles to fully recover
 
idk tho if ur on gear i think u can go everyday and recover in less then a day

I did not do proper diet and used to workout with meme FBW for like a year

Now on first cycle 84kg atm bigger than you and stronger than you

Just do a 5-day full body 2-day active recovery.

main emphasis should be on dels and back
the rest is secondary
 
Blasting 500mg of Test E atm might add oxandrolone for luls

Considering B&C as well but I can’t cope with chance of losing fertility and being on TRT for rest of your life
 
Yea you don’t train shoulders with chest because front delts and burned from benching

Pretty much 500 is low dose, some roidcels call it TRT because test is very mild compound
Ah I don’t like to overdo it on the benching that’s why

I go all out on every exercise

Rest is overrated. If your body can move you can bench 2 plates.
It’s trash because FBW is trash plan. I would have to be 4 hours in the gym to do all my exercises and volume would kill me because I lift heavy compounds and do heavy accessories too (like 62kg triceps cable extension). That’s why PPL is best plan.

I don't do accesories. I do 10x10 OHP, 5x10 bench, 5x10 squat, 8x8 curls, do some Reeves shrugs and lr.
 
I don't do accesories.
I only do biceps triceps accessories. And for back barbell rows then tbar for upper back.

I never did bullshit accessories like calf raises or shrugs or abs, I don’t train for aesthetics or bodybuilding, I train to be animal with 40cm arm.

I also do 100 push-ups and pull-ups every day as well. Pull-ups are better than any weighted back exercises imo, but I'm also feeling too lazy to do rows or tbar.

I’m too heavy to pull-up, i barbell row 65kg for 8 with huge range of motion, but I weight 84kg myself so it’s still too heavy.

Without water weight from roids (prolly 5-8kg) and if I reduced maybe 3kg of fat I’d blast pullups.

But anyway I can still build a nice thick back from barbell rows and tbar rows. Already got some lats popping and those muscles between your shoulderblades.
