my current split is:
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs
Rest
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs (Sunday) and starting chest tri on monday
Would there be any benefits if I I modify it to:
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs
Rest
Chest tri
Back bi
Shoulders legs (Sunday)
Rest
Starting chest tri on tuesday
So basically always doing rest day after shoulders so that it doesn’t interfere with my bench press?
Any point in doing that? Or stop complicating and blast more Test E
