I can tell this is touched up you won't look anywhere near this in motion in normal lighting. You're a beginner and dyel in clothes and without. Eat at least 1lb of protein per pound of bodyweight, be in a calorie surplus, progressively overload at the gym, and sleep 8 hours at minimum every night
