my jaw has disappeared into tons of fat and my face is just uglier but my body is better.

How do i lose fat without losing my new muscles?

Eat at a calorie deficit of about 500-800 calories a day and eat high protein. you will lose the fat and keep the muscle. The muscles you gain are just as important as the facial leanness and high t you get from the gym. Its not just stack on muscle like an ogre

On top of the shit the others said above me, drink 3-4 liters of water a day
 
cardio and dieting is optimal
I have been on it for 1.5 weeks now and lost 5kgs, facial changes haven't settled in fully yet but my jaw did start appearing again
