I eat a lot but nothing packs on sandwiches, chips everything. I'm 5"6 though about gymmaxxing first, I want to build muscle without losing fat because I only weigh 130. Im already a wristcel. Anyone know where to start with bulking?

If I was 5"6 I really don't know how I would let myself keep having Alive as a life status.

Wish you luck anyway.

You start lifting as you bulk.

Buff short guys, come off as insecure, like they are compensating. I'd recommend eating at maintenance (Basically eating just enough to keep your weight.) Now as for calories its hard for me to tell you, its something you need to play around to figure, but a good starting point is here https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=imperial&age=20&g=male&lbs=130&in=66&act=1.375&bf=&f=1 . Now since you go to the gym on those days you should eat more, nothing insane, just like 200-300 calories more. For a workout plan keep it simple, you can do 5x5 stronglifts 3 times a week. Its super beginner friendly, you only spend maximum of 3-4 hours in the gym per week. It will get you strong, strength=muscle. Message me for any info you need, I've spent hundreds of hours gathering info on bodybuilding, powerlifting and diet.
