Ive been gymmaxxing for the oast 3 months now and its given some okay results. My frame i feel like has improved slightly and mt arms dont look like small twigs in photos anymore. The only downside to all of this is the bloatedness that comes with bulking, i genuinely cannot stand it. Just a year ago i had hallow cheeks but i was 95 lbs 5,9. Im
Now 117 lbs and 5,11. Any tips to help with debloating and such when all the food in your house are sodium bombs/sugar maxxed?

just lean bulk eat healthy but bit more

If you gain weight that’s what happens brah unless your on test and lean bulking there’s no way around
