I have a congenital gyno since I was 13 years old.
I tried aromatase and inhibitors and SERMs during cylce and PCT and they could not fix my gyno.
surgery is the only way to get rid of gyno

I developed gyno during puberty, got surgery for it last year aged 24. If I could go back I would have done these first before getting surgery:

1. Get full blood panel done with hormones etc. to ensure everything is normal. Gyno can reoccur after surgery if these aren't in check, and if there is an issue, treating it may reduce your gyno.
2. Try using nolva for a bit to see if it reduces your gyno. There was a study done on it and it seemed pretty effective. I don't have a link to it but should be pretty easy to find with Google

I got it at 13ish, yeah surgery is literally the only way to get rid of it if you have had it for 2+ years. Gonna get mine done within the next year.

Did you guys feel any symptom before developing gyno? Or is there anything you should keep an eye on to make sure you don’t develop it?
