I have it bc i grew up fat and fat people are more prone to gyno. Not american type fat but like inbetween the second and third kid:

Now im faminemaxxed down to 78kg from 97kg on 179cm (still not ideal) but i still have the slight gyno.

Any tips except hardmax

its an inexpensive surgery anyways if it still bothers you

Just lose it, I had gyno at 15 and it went away a year later

You still retaining gyno is a sign of elevated e2 or prolactin levels, just stop being soy

Nah. Unless you have steroids gyno, then you kinda have to cut it out in most cases. 50% of teenagers get gyno and it either stays or dissapears, also 50/50. So 25%~ of people have it

Gyno isn't that much of a flaw tbh if you have a good physique. When i was 14 i started hitting gym, gained a lil muscle and guess what my gyno increased lmao. I recently stopped and i notice it being a lil bigger, im cooked

If you want your gyno gone use a fat dissolver (Aqualyx) around your nips. Pretty sure orc made a thread about it but I don’t have the time to find it.

I grew up skiny fat and now i got crazy gyno idk what to do with it. am down to 62kg from 73 177cm i work out and the gyno is pissing me off
