Gyno or not?

Something ive noticed when ive started going to the gym is that when my nipples are hard they tend to make my chest look bigger or more defined. I dont know if i have gyno or just puffy nipples but my chest doesnt look as good when there not hard. Has anyone else experienced this?

sounds just like puffy nipples, i doubt its gyno, including pics would help though
