gyno surgery

I'm 16 and have gyno atm. I think that this is a major looksmin for my physique and I just want to see if you guys think that I should get gyno surgery when I am ~18. This is the only surgery that my parents will allow besides LASIK. Whenever I bring this up with my doctor, he just says that it'll go away but he has been saying this for the past 4 years (though it did reduce after 2 years, then plateaued), so I think that I am stuck with it. I have grade 1 gyno according to this picture if you guys wanted the specific severity of it. Please let me know if I should get rid of it.

you should definitely get rid of it but if it's that small I think the letrozole should remove it. That's what I'll do soon too bc I think I have gyno but I'm not lean enough so I could see it. https://www.evolutionary.org/letrozole-gynecomastia-treatment

Get rid of it as soon as you can, doesn't matter if you are underage!

Gyno (not fat which is pseudogyno - real, glandular hard tissue gyno) will destroy your mental health and young adulthood.

Get rid of it asap. Loan money, try to get it on insurance, ask grandparents, just get rid of it and you will thank yourself so much in 5 years.
