been dealing with gyno for a while now and it’s starting to piss me off. it’s not massive but it’s noticeable enough that it fucks with my frame and confidence.
tried the usual “lose fat and it goes away” shit, didn’t do much. still there.
looking for real advice from people who actually got rid of theirs. surgery the only permanent option or has anyone had success with other methods? if you went the surgery route drop what clinic/surgeon and how the recovery was. if something else worked for you drop it.
no bluepill answers or “just bulk more” cope. actual results only.
