I can tell you something, if you once have gyno, you can never get rid of it, unless you have surgery. If you have a high bf %, the fat could make it more potent.
Your E2 (estrogen) is out of range (too high). This could have been caused by too much testosterone, but idk exactly.

It's not as bad as that but just a little bit smaller, still about the same size.
