Does the age you join the gym matter? I’ve heard if you start lifting early your growth plates can close sooner making you shorter. I’ve also heard that that’s a myth. Anybody have an answer?

Appropriately designed resistance training programs have no apparent negative effect on linear growth and physeal health. The main risk would be growth plate injury, but the rare case reports of epiphyseal plate fractures related to strength training are attributed to misusing equipment, lifting inappropriate amounts of weight, using improper technique and so on. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3445252/...

gym also closing dih plates so dont go to gym just do massai cum sprints for more blowmass

your growth plates are closed by hormones mainly estrogen not mechanical tension.

also if going to the gym young made you shorter we would see young athletes who do resistance training and impact sports etc. to end up shorter but that’s not the case.

Yea dick pulling works for couple hours if you bout slay foid hit hammer 60-100 hard and its gonna give u pump make ur dih thicker its w method
