This is a water take but it will be short so it’s not a waste to read.
The only HighIQ method that should be considered is surgery.
Most people would benefit greatly from a combination of lefort, trimax, and rhino.
If recession is your only failo, you could literally ascend from ltn to chad with those procedures, especially with good ccw rotation.
