Had overnight teeth whitening protocol made from dentist, is 16% Carbamide peroxide enough?

had custom molded trays made from dentist office, she also prescribed the 16% carbamide peroxide syringes to me, to fill the molds with.

However IDK whether 16% carbamide peroxide should be enough of a concentration for a teeth whitening protocol?

most CP or HP syringe products I see being available for sale online come at minimum 16% carbamdie peroxide concentrations (or equivalent), do you think I should start the regimen with those, or should I ask for higher product concentrations (products are also found at 35% CP, or 44% CP,...) ?
