Never trust videos nowadays, let alone photos, everything is filtermaxxed with AI and frauded. Even when other people film them, phones often apply some sort of "beautifier" filter on detected faces by default (especially Chinese phones and especially in portrait or selfie modes). The best way is to see irl, ofc, but also some candid shoots may work (again not guaranteed).
