I like Asians and I agree about Finland and Norway. The weather is OK if you like winter. Finnish winter is too long for me. Occasionally moments, like a short walk in the snow-covered forest, are very nice, but the whole winter is just too long.

Singapore, Japan and South Korea could be good too.
